The Story

Hoboken kid to
Capitol Records icon

Joe DiPietro’s book traces Frank from his teenage years in Hoboken to the Rat Pack swagger of Capitol Records and the late, gravelly Reprise years. Forty-plus songs from the Sinatra catalogue — New York, New York; Fly Me to the Moon; My Way; That’s Life — staged with a fifteen-piece live band and Kathleen Marshall’s choreography. The kind of show you talk about over dinner afterwards.

The Evening

An evening, end to end
Show, supper, taxi home

Frequently asked
questions

When can I book a date?

The show runs from 3 June 2026 to 10 April 2027 at the Aldwych. We hold stalls allocation across the full run and confirm available evenings within twenty-four hours of enquiry. Press week (mid-June 2026), Christmas, and the closing fortnight always go first — book early if those are the dates that matter.

Where are the seats?

Centre stalls, rows D–L. The prime sightlines for a band-driven Sinatra show — close enough to read the brass-section faces, far enough to take in the full ensemble staging. Box and dress-circle upgrades on request.

Can the dinner be moved before the show?

Yes — pre-show (5pm seating) or post-show (10pm seating). Tell us which fits your evening, and we’ll book Gaucho accordingly. Most guests pick post-show.

Are dietary requirements catered for?

Fully. Gaucho’s à la carte includes vegan, gluten-free and pescatarian options — the Patagonian sea-bass churrasco is exceptional. Send any specific allergies or preferences and we’ll brief the kitchen ahead of the booking.

Do you arrange overnight stays?

Yes. The Savoy is two minutes’ walk from the Aldwych. The NoMad and Rosewood London are minutes by black cab. Add a night to the package and we handle the room.
