Henley Royal Regatta 2027
Two crews at a time, one mile and 550 yards, knock-out racing as it has run since 1839. Around it: blazers and below-the-knee dresses, Champagne on the lawns, and the prettiest stretch of the Thames. We arrange the badges, the riverside tables and the launch.
The grandest week on the Thames
Henley is rowing’s Wimbledon — the event every crew in the world wants to win, staged on a stretch of river that looks painted. The Grand Challenge Cup has been contested since the very first Regatta; the reigning monarch has been patron since 1851; and the dress code has barely moved in a century, which is exactly how everyone likes it.
It is also gloriously easy to get wrong: enclosures with waiting lists measured in years, lawns that fill by noon, and a town that gridlocks for a week. We put you on the right side of the boom — badge in hand, table laid, launch waiting.
01
The Stewards’ Enclosure as a guest
The heart of the Regatta: grandstands on the finish, lawns running to the water, bars and restaurants that hum from the first race to the last. Membership waits years; guest badges do not — if you know who to ask.
- Guest badges arranged where available
- Grandstand seats over the final strokes
- Lunch and Champagne bookings inside the enclosure
02
Fawley Meadows your own lawn
Riverside hospitality with the racing sliding past the table: a long Champagne lunch, an afternoon that drifts, and none of the enclosure’s formality. From a reserved table for four to a private marquee for the firm.
- Tables and private marquees by the water
- Champagne lunch and afternoon tea service
- No membership required, dress code relaxed
03
A private launch along the course
Charter a launch and watch the Regatta the way the river intends: gliding past Temple Island with a glass in hand, holding position as the crews come through, lunch on board between races.
- Private launch charter, skippered, for your party
- Champagne and lunch served on board
- Combine with an enclosure or Fawley Meadows day
“Lose once and you go home. Henley has run on that single, ruthless rule since 1839 — which is why every race matters.”

Before you ask
When is Henley Royal Regatta 2027?
Expected Tuesday 29 June to Sunday 4 July 2027, pending official confirmation. Register now and we’ll confirm your dates the moment the Regatta announces — registering carries no obligation.
What is the Stewards’ Enclosure, exactly?
The members-only enclosure beside the finish line: grandstands, riverside lawns, bars and restaurants. Around 6,500 members, a waiting list measured in years, and entry otherwise only as a member’s guest — which is where we come in.
How strict is the dress code?
In the Stewards’ Enclosure: lounge suits or blazers with a tie for men, dresses or skirts with hemlines below the knee for women. It is enforced at the gate, charmingly but absolutely. We brief every guest beforehand; Fawley Meadows and the river are more relaxed.
Which day should we come?
Friday and Saturday bring the semi-final atmosphere and the fullest lawns; Sunday is finals day, the most coveted. Tuesday to Thursday are quieter, with more racing per hour. Tell us the mood you want and we’ll pick the day.
Do you take large groups?
Yes. Private marquees at Fawley Meadows, exclusive launch charters and multi-day arrangements are all built in-house — invitations and guest logistics included.
