Festival gardens open at 5:30pm for ticket holders.
Base Court main stage opens at 6:30pm.
Main performances start at 9:00pm and end around 10:30pm.
Street food traders are open from 5:30pm, with last orders by 8:45pm.
You may enjoy a picnic in the palace gardens before the concert. No food or drink can be taken into the palace itself. If you wish to bring champagne or wine into the gardens, you must purchase a Garden Corkage Pass. Beer, spirits, and pre-mixed drinks are not permitted. A complimentary Picnic Cloakroom is available to store your picnic items during the show.
Yes, advance car parking passes can be purchased online up to 16:00 on the day of the concert, with a discount for early booking. On-the-day parking is available for £15 (subject to availability). The car park opens at 5:00pm and closes one hour after the concert ends.
All concerts are fully seated in the Base Court auditorium, ensuring comfort and excellent views for all guests.
