What is included in a "Global Power Week" hosting package?

Each hosting package is tailored to the specific event, but typically includes: a private chalet, suite, or townhouse base; full diary and schedule orchestration; curated private dinners with bespoke guestlists; security coordination and discreet logistics; on-site concierge team; and ground transportation throughout. For branded "House" formats, we also manage build-out, AV, staffing, and content programming.

Do I need official credentials to attend Davos, SALT, or SuperReturn?

For official programme access at events like the World Economic Forum, credentials are required through the official invitation process. We provide white-glove credential guidance, positioning support, and administrative logistics. Many of our clients also operate in the "side event" ecosystem during these weeks, which we can fully orchestrate independently of official badges.

How far in advance should I book for major events?

For Davos and Milken, we recommend 6-12 months advance booking to secure premium property and dining allocations. For SALT, SuperReturn, and Cannes Lions, 3-6 months is typical. Our Annual Retainer clients receive priority booking across all events, often securing inventory before it reaches the wider market.

What is the Chairman's Table and how does it work?

The Chairman's Table is our signature private dining format: one table, 10-14 seats, one clear objective. We handle venue selection, guestlist curation (in collaboration with you), menu design, logistics, and on-the-night orchestration. It can be deployed as a standalone event or layered into a larger power week hosting programme. Available in London, New York, Dubai, and other major cities.

Absolutely. Discretion is foundational to everything we do. All engagements can operate under NDA. We maintain strict protocols around guestlist privacy, media management, off-camera arrivals, and controlled exposure.
