Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Ascot hospitality with Above + Beyond.
What is included in Royal Ascot Pavilion hospitality?
Our Royal Ascot hospitality is available across three tiers. The Pavilion Lounge (Queen Anne Enclosure) includes a Prosecco DOC reception, three-course fine dining, complimentary bar, Afternoon Tea, a private balcony overlooking the Plaza Lawns, and a dedicated VIP hostess. The Furlong Club (Queen Anne Enclosure) offers a full all-inclusive package with Moët & Chandon Champagne on arrival and all day, plus panoramic views from a private decked terrace. The Lawn Club (Club Enclosure) provides a grazing luncheon from Chefs' tables, selected wines and bar, and an elevated terrace 300m from the winning line. Dress code for Queen Anne Enclosure is morning suit and hat; Club Enclosure is smart dress.
How far in advance should I book?
Royal Ascot packages are the first to sell out, so we strongly recommend booking 4–6 months in advance for the best availability. King George and November dates are also popular for corporate entertaining. Enquiring early secures your preferred date and group size.
What is King George Day at Ascot?
King George Day is centred around the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes — one of the most prestigious middle-distance flat races in the world, held on the final Saturday of July. It regularly attracts Derby, Oaks, and Arc winners, making it one of the highest-quality cards outside of Royal Ascot itself. Our VIP Box provides an intimate, exclusive setting with fine dining overlooking the finishing straight.
Can I book multiple Ascot dates as a package?
Absolutely. Many of our clients build an Ascot season programme spanning two or all three race days. Multi-date bookings offer preferred pricing and guaranteed allocations across the calendar. Our specialists will work with you to design the ideal combination for your entertaining objectives.
Is the November fixture flat or jumps racing?
Ascot's autumn programme features National Hunt (jumps) racing — a completely different spectacle to the summer flat season. The atmosphere is relaxed yet thrilling, with some of the best jump horses in training. The Panoramic Restaurant offers a warm, elegant setting with floor-to-ceiling views — perfect for an autumn corporate day out or a memorable celebration.
Can you arrange transport and accommodation?
Yes. We offer a full concierge service including luxury coach transfers from London, private car hire, helicopter transfers, and hotel bookings at nearby properties such as Coworth Park and The Berystede. Let us know your requirements and we will handle every detail.
What is the dress code?
Royal Ascot Pavilion requires formal attire — morning suit with top hat for gentlemen, and formal daywear with a hat for ladies. King George Day is smart dress code (suits, no need for morning dress). November is smart casual. We provide a full dress code guide upon booking confirmation.
