The Booking Process & Logistics

For the world's most in-demand events—such as the Monaco Grand Prix, the Super Bowl, or a World Cup Final—we recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance to guarantee the best access. However, thanks to our extensive network, we often have the ability to secure exclusive, last-minute opportunities. It is always worth enquiring, no matter the timeframe.

Absolutely not. Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. Your personalised proposal and final quote will provide a crystal-clear breakdown of everything that is included in your package. You will have complete peace of mind, with no surprise charges or hidden extras.

Our payment process is straightforward and secure. Once you approve your bespoke proposal, we will issue an invoice with clear payment terms and instructions. We typically require a deposit to secure the booking, with the final balance due closer to the event date. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

The initial deposit will be taken via credit or debit card. The following payments can be paid by bank transfer or by card. Our bank details will be included on the invoice.

Yes. We offer a complete, end-to-end service. We can manage all your travel and logistical needs, including first-class flights, private jet charters, luxury hotel bookings, and seamless ground transportation, ensuring your journey is as flawless as the event itself.

We aim to send package details via email or recorded delivery 7-10 days prior to the event.

We always try our best to satisfy any requests as we understand circumstances can change, however this is obviously subject to availability and time constraints.

Corporate & Group Hospitality

Yes, providing exceptional corporate hospitality is one of our core specialities. We design corporate hospitality with clear business objectives in mind. An unforgettable experience is the ultimate platform to build rapport and loyalty. Our products and services are provided within the UK and are therefore liable to value added tax (VAT), charged at the time of booking at the prevailing rate. The onus on processing VAT refunds, where eligible, is on the person making the booking.

Trust & Peace of Mind

Our concierge team is meticulously trained to accommodate any and all special requirements. We ensure your experience is not only luxurious but also completely comfortable and safe. This includes arranging specific dietary menus (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, halal), ensuring wheelchair accessibility, and managing any other personal needs with discretion and care.

There will be a designated special requirements section in your booking form. We will ask if you'd like anything added before sending the agreement. Our cancellation and refund policies are generally determined by the terms and conditions of the specific event, venue, and suppliers involved. We are fully transparent about these terms in your proposal before you book. In the rare instance of an event being cancelled or postponed by the organisers, we will work tirelessly on your behalf to secure a full refund or reschedule your experience accordingly.

All of our tickets, packages, and access passes are sourced officially and legitimately through our long-standing, direct relationships with event organisers, teams, venues, and official hospitality providers. We guarantee the authenticity of every package we sell, giving you absolute certainty and security. We are not a secondary-market reseller.
