As a Sales Manager, you’ll be able to manage and monitor a teleseales team. research and identify potential clients for sports or VIP entertainment hospitality packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day of lead generation, recruiting, training and reporting.

  • Delivering meetings with sales executives in line with weekly and monthly sales targetsUtilising the companies CRM system for proper pipeline. management of the sales team and yourself

  • Identifying training and skill gaps within the team in order to improve performance for new sales executives and assisting existing employees in order to hit targets.

  • Inputting in the annual sales forecasting and setting realistic targets for each member of the sales teamImplement sales strategies.

Personal Assistant

Above + Beyond are looking for a confident, eager and resilient individual to join our team in next to London Stansted airport.

As a personal assistant, you will be expected to provide top level support to the CEO. Working collaboratively with the Operations team, the culture is high energy and you will work to tight deadlines and deal with constant last-minute changes.

The role is also client, partners, contacts and supplier facing so you must enjoy interacting with others and building relationships. This is a really exciting time to join and there is huge scope to make the role your own.

Key Responsibilities

  • At least 1 years’ experience working as a 1:1 PA / Executive Assistant at senior management level.

  • Task and project management as required by the CEO. Supporting the CEO in daily administrative tasks eg, contract signing, letter creation, emails, minute taking, etc.

  • Filling expenses and assisting with budgeting, reports and forecasting. Confidently communicating with clients, suppliers and staff.

  • Calendar management – setting up meetings and ensuring coordination amongst partners and external parties. Attend meetings to assist the team in prioritisation and coordination of sourcing efforts.

  • Travel management – create and manage travel itineraries including flight/accommodation booking.

  • Office management – ensuring the company is a fun and welcoming place to work and spend time, together with the Office Manager.

  • Contact management – manage and coordinate external relationships.

  • Events management – support in the planning and organisation of team events including arrangement of transport, accommodation, restaurants etc.
