What is included in BAFTA hospitality?
Our BAFTA packages range from ceremony-night access to full weekend experiences. When and where are the BAFTA Film Awards held?
The EE BAFTA Film Awards take place every February at the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre, London. The 2027 date will be confirmed by BAFTA in due course. Registering now ensures you receive priority notification when the date is announced and first access to allocations.
How far in advance should I register?
BAFTA hospitality allocations are extremely limited and typically oversubscribed. We strongly recommend registering 9–12 months in advance to secure your preferred package. Early registration also provides the best pricing and ensures availability before allocations close.
What is the dress code for the BAFTAs?
The BAFTA Film Awards is a black-tie event. Gentlemen are expected to wear a dinner jacket (tuxedo) and bow tie. Ladies typically wear formal evening gowns. We provide a full dress code guide upon booking confirmation, and our concierge team can assist with styling recommendations and appointments if required.
Can you arrange accommodation and transport?

What happens if the BAFTA date changes?
